Positioned between the hose and gun, these filters support efficient operation and require regular replacement as part of preventive maintenance. At Adhesive Laundry we stock our own range of in line filters for Valco Melton and other OEM equipment. In-line filters improve the flow of adhesive applicators by preventing the build-up of the char and contaminant particles that clog nozzles and reduce efficiency.

In-line filters are positioned between the hose and the gun, and filter out impurities in the hot melt. Filters become clogged over time and lose efficiency, and therefore need replacing as part of routine PPM.

We stock a range of heated and non-heated in-line filters of varying sizes and diameters to suit different applications and filtration requirements.
